If you're interested in a placement at CMSS Skills Development Centre , all you have to do is complete the placement enquiry form below.
We'll arrange convenient time in which you will be contacted, to arrange an appointment for you to visit the centre.
Once we have received your Placement Enquiry, we will get in touch and arrange an appointment for you to visit the centre
Upon arrival, one of our clients will conduct a tour of the centre, which will then be followed by a meeting with the service manager to resolve any queries you may have. We dedicate approximately 1 hour for the tour and meeting.
After your introduction to the Centre, if you would like to apply for a placement you will be asked to complete an application form. Referrals can also be made directly through your allocated Social Worker
Once we have received your application form and funding agreements have been confirmed, CMSS will conduct a 2-day assessment with you. It is important that an assessment takes place prior to your formal attendance of CMSS, as this will determine the level of support you require and whether you feel our service is adequate at filling your needs. During the 2-day assessment you will be given a timetable of activities that you will participate in.
A report will then be sent to you about the results of your assessment.
If you are content with your experience at CMSS, and it is in our capabilities to provide you with a sufficient service, then you will be offered a placement and a start date will be arranged
