On 25th September CMSS hosted a Cream Tea afternoon in aid of the London Air- Ambulance service which brings the hospital to the patient when time is critical. They perform innovative and potentially life-saving procedures usually found in the emergency department on-scene
Along with the cream tea we held a raffle, sold cakes, plants and homemade jam.
From our very own vegetable patch we auctioned our biggest Marrow, which raised a wonderful £10.
Together we raised £300 which is a wonderful amount and I am sure will be gratefully received by the charity.
CMSS would like to thank everyone who attended the event and to everyone who couldn't attend that also donated.
I hope that our next Cream Tea afternoon will be just as successful.
